    First, download “goodhouse” on the App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, build your brief profile including where you live! You’ll promptly meet your one point of contact, your Home Manager, and the rest is smooth sailing. Sign up for a routine maintenance plan or request your first service immediately!
  • How much does goodhouse cost?
    Goodhouse is free to join! Start submitting your requests immediately for anything at home! We have Full-Service routine home maintenance subscription service plans starting at $30 per month depending on the size and location of your home. You can learn more about our pricing here.
  • Where does goodhouse operate?
    We offer home maintenance services throughout the Mid-Missouri region! Are you in need of handyman services in Columbia or house cleaning services in the Lake of the Ozarks. We have you covered!   • What is goodhouse?
    We've streamlined homeownership with our home maintenance subscription service that brings the ease of rental living to your own home. From routine maintenance (like finding the right plumber or electrician) to larger projects (like remodeling your bathroom or hiring a roofer), your personal Home Manager and dedicated Handyman coordinate your every home need.
  • Who is responsible for my home?
    We give you one point of contact, your Home Manager! They are local and their only job is to ensure you are taken care of 24/7. Your Home Manager coordinates your home's needs with our dedicated handymen and our vetted contractor network.
  • What does a home manager do?
    Our home managers keep track of each homeowner's recurring services and active jobs. They put 3+ bids together for every job, work with you for scheduling, meet contractors, and communicate with homeowners every step of the way!
  • How do you vet service personnel?
    Each of our contractors is thoroughly vetted and required to meet our background expectations, as well as provide certified certificates of insurance, and must come with at least two recommendations from current customers or local residents. Our team is a family and we pick only the best professionals to join it!
  • Do I have to be home when goodhouse comes?
    Every homeowner has different preferences and needs! We offer smart lock and video doorbell installs for any customers wishing to provide remote access to goodhouse personnel!
  • What services does goodhouse provide?
    We specialize in knowing your home needs inside and out. When your home is in need of regular maintenance or you are dealing with an emergency, goodhouse is just a call away. Our Full-Service routine maintenance plans include a 50-point inspection, hands-on maintenance, and consumable replenishment. Some of our routine maintenance tasks include servicing all major appliances and systems like HVAC, water heater, water softener, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal to name a few. We replace HVAC filters, fridge filters, batteries in smoke detectors, and water softener salt! Our Management services include free access to our app, which provides a personal Home Manager, contractor management, and scheduling and payment all at your fingertips.
  • Can you work with my existing contractors?
    Absolutely! If it's not broken we prefer not to fix it. If our homeowners have a go-to contact for any service, we love keeping them around and onboarding them to the goodhouse team! One of the biggest perks about goodhouse is we are able to track all services in one place on the app. By tracking every service in one place allows our homeowners to pay in one place! Keeping track of all service history on the goodhouse app gives our homeowners a complete record to refer to and even share when they try to sell their homes.
  • What contractors do we get access to?
    We’ve taken pride in finding the best contractors around for over 60 different household services! Some of these services include HVAC Professionals, Plumbers, Electricians, House Cleaners, Pest Control, Remodelers, Lawn Care, Movers, Roofers, and Fence Installers to name a few.
  • What is preventative home maintenance?
    Preventative maintenance is regular servicing of major appliances and systems to prevent breakdown and replacement. Routine maintenance has been proven to be the most cost-effective way to own property. You can sign up for our Full-Service Plan to receive preventative maintenance!
  • When can I contact goodhouse?
    Goodhouse is available 24/7!
  • Can I cancel anytime?
    You can cancel your service anytime and pick back up where you left off at no cost.
  • How do I reach my home manager when I need something?
    Homeowners have several easy ways to get in contact with their home manager. Opening our app and going to the chat gives homeowners a 24/7 direct line of communication with their Home Manager! Some of our home owners prefer to just call or text as well and can reach their personal home manager through the Home Managers cell. Homeowners can get in contact with goodhouse at any time by calling or texting 1-800-349-0355.
  • How do I file a complaint with my service?
    Homeowners can reach their Home Manager 24/7 for any questions or concerns about their service. Homeowners are able to decline and leave comments and concerns with every Quote, Schedule Date, and Invoice they receive through the app as well!
  • Where do I pay for my services?
    In the goodhouse app on the home screen, you can find your invoices in the “Service Card” named “Invoices.” You can find your invoice by clicking on the card and finding your service invoice. We allow payment methods of Credit Card and ACH transfers! For customers wishing to pay by check or cash, you can also mail your payment to LLC at the billing address 8 west 5th Street, Fulton, Missouri, 65251.
  • Where can I find my service history?
    In the goodhouse app, you can find your service by going to the home page -> choosing “Account” in the lower right corner of the navigation bar -> and then selecting Service history on the “Account Info” menu bar.
